About DJ Monahan Consultants
DJ Monahan Consultants is a Healthcare Consulting Firm working primarily with Skilled Nursing
Facilities and organizations which service the Long Term Care industry. We
provide an array of services including; Regulatory Compliance Consulting,
Executive Placement Services, In-service Education Workshops and hands-on
Operations Management.
 Daniel J. Monahan, LMSW, LNHA, President of
DJ Monahan Consultants, is a NYS Licensed Social Worker and Nursing Home Administrator. He is a graduate of
Adelphi University School of Social Work. Over the past twenty three years Mr.
Monahan has worked in various direct care and administrative capacities in
several long-term care facilities. Dan previously served as the Director of
Operations for Aging Matters Psychological Services, Inc., a provider of mental
health services to nursing home residents. As a consultant-educator for L/S
Gerontology Seminars, Inc., he conducts training seminars for health care
providers in the long-term care field.
